We use the highest quality ballloons and take every precaution necessary to ensure they last through your event. All bouquets are done the same day of the delivery. Once we deliver them, they are out of our control.
Please make sure you read these important care instructions before ordering your bouquet:
- Uninflated or burst balloons can present a choking hazard for children and pets. Never left children under the age of eight without supervision.
- Most balloons are made of natural rubber latex causing allergies. In case of allergies seek immediate help. Also inhaling helium can be dangerous. It can deprive your body of oxygen and can result in a fatality.
- Balloons won't survive in hot temperature such as direct sun exposure. In addition ligths, irregular surfaces and even static can pop balloons.
- At the end of the balloon's life, cut the end of the balloon with scissors to remove any air, then dispose it inside a trash bag. Never dispose balloons directly to the trash can. Let's us protect the environment.
